We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 10 days and we will give you a full refund.
However please note that, once refund is initiated you will not have anymore access to the product/course/link and any related groups you are a part of. So you will not get further course or product related support and guidance.
Please mail us your order details at contact@madhulacreations.com and we will reply you back in 2-3 days. Please note that refunds may take anywhere between 5-10 days to process.
Your automatic monthly renewal subscription will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription, or we terminate it. You may cancel your automatic subscription at any time by going to your Subscription setting. You must cancel your automatic monthly subscription the day before your next billing date occurs in order to avoid being billed for the next period’s monthly fee. If you choose to cancel your automatic monthly subscription from an Online Course, you will continue to have full access to the Online Course until the end of the current period. There is no refund for the remaining period of the month in which you cancelled. And once your subscription is over, you may lose access to all the product/course/link and any related groups you are a part of, and may not be eligible for any sessions according to the chosen membership programme.
